The riad exudes Moroccan charm with its beautiful tile work and woodwork. The rooftop offers stunning views and a sense of history. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beyond 5-star quality. The staff is the best part, providing exceptional customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer a tour of the riad's history. They also assist with luggage and provide a warm welcome with tea and cookies. The breakfast is outstanding and can be accommodated for early or late requests. The location in the medina allows for easy exploration of Fes.
Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

Fes El Bali neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Location very close to 9 bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. The hotel was situated within short walking distance to every place we wanted to explore, like moulay abdellah quarter. Room met expectation;)))
Don’t have any issues at all.

The staff was attentive and spoke English very well, offering great service. I also loved the Moroccan-style decor and the fact that the hotel had good air conditioning. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, and traditional Moroccan dishes. this hotel provided excellent value for the money.

I stayed in a beautiful Riad with a traditional interior. The location was easy to find and the host met me outside the chaotic Medina. The room was large and comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful, even arranging a trip to Meknes for me. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious and the view of the Medina was great. The whole experience made my stay in the city better than I could have imagined.
The only downside was that there was no mention of any additional facilities or room advantages in the reviews.

We stayed at this riad for two nights and it was well worth the money! The room was beautiful and spacious, with great air conditioning. Despite being close to the Medina, it was so quiet. The hotel management team, especially Hassan and Welid, provided fantastic service and helped organize our private tour and dinner reservations. They even communicated with another local tour operator for us. We felt well taken care of and had a great experience.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.
